What personal data is collected and why it is collected
Newsletters and Email Addresses
Any personal information given will be held in order to send Newsletter emails about my art or exhibition events, or reply to your enquiries. The personal data held in the website’s computer will only contain your name and email address. If you choose to subscribe to my Newsletter emails then you will be asked to confirm your subscription before the first Newsletter is sent. Your name and email address can be deleted by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link, or updated using the ‘Manage your preferences’, in any Newsletter email sent to you.
All payments are via PayPal and will use the PayPal Standard process. The financial transaction will be between your device and the PayPal website. This website is automatically notified by PayPal when the transaction is complete, and the order will then continue for processing and dispatch.
Embedded content from other websites
This website uses analytical software (Google Analytics) to monitor which pages, images, etc are frequently referenced. The data is used to help me improve this website. The collected data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify individuals personally.
Who I share your data with
Bryony Reed will not sell or share your personal details.
How long your data is retained for
Your personal data (i.e. name and email address) will be retained until deleted by yourself via the ‘Unsubscribe’, or ‘Manage your preferences’ facilities, or removed by Bryony Reed.
What rights you have over your data
If you have previously subscribed to an email Newsletter, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data held about you. You can also request that the personal data is erased. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
How your data is protected
This website uses security software and features to protect any details you provide. The website has its own Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate, denoted by the padlock symbol on your browser. Data is encrypted whilst transmitted over the internet between your device and this website.
